Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in m.jp.K.vz;. 622/m1/2011, dated 02.09.2011 and quash the same and consequentially to direct the respondents to revise the pensionary benefits of the petitioner taking into account of his service rendered as Secondary Grade Teacher from the year 1956 to 1960 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
