RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court passed in Crl.O.P.No. 944 of 2018 dated 23.01.2018 as appear before the Kanyakumari District any Police Station instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M.

for a period of three weeks Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.944 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018 as appear before any police station in Kanniyakumari District instead of respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are complied with the condition imposed on them regularly from 30.01.2018.

He further submitted that the petitioners are residing at Kanniyakumari District and the case was registered by the respondent police in Thoothukudi District. Hence, he prays for amendment.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before Susindaram Police Station, Kanniyakumari District, daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
