RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.3907 of 2019 by order dated 14.03.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3907 of 2019 on 14.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3907 of 2019 on 14.03.2019, regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
