RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Tiruchirappalli district as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 17962/2017 dated 03.01.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17962 of 2017, dated 03.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners obtained the order copy only on 12.01.2018, they could not able to arrange the sureties within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
