2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Counsel for the defacto complainant and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. It is seen that the petitioners have started a finance Company under the name and style of V.K.L.Diaries Monthly Chit Company and they had appointed the defacto complainant as an Agent. The defacto complainant has collected money from 40 depositors to the tune of Rs.5,31,300/- and had given it to the petitioners herein. The petitioners neither returned the money nor paid any interest an the money to the depositors.

4. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks time to get instructions. List the matter on 12.01.2015 under the caption "for orders""

3. It is seen that the petitioners have collected deposits from various persons to the tune of Rs.5,31,300/- and they have cheated them.
