The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the Sub Registrar passed an order refusing to register the document and the same is now a subject matter of challenge in W.P.(MD).No.9803 of 2017.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
