3038 of 2017 order dated 23.11.2017 to file the charge sheet in Madurai V&AC Cr.No. 02/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the petitioner and of M/S.E.V.N.SIVA, Advocate for R1 and of M/S.VEERA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for R2 the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9278 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3038 of 2017, dated 23.11.2017, for filing charge sheet. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner submitted that the final report has been sent from the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Chennai to the Vigilance Commissioner, Chennai for sanction of prosecution.

Hence, they could not able to file charge sheet within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), further time of one month is granted to file the charge sheet from today.
