Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to transfer the investigation of the cases in Cr.Nos.424 and 425 of 2015 pending on the file of the Theni Police Station to any other independent agency or officer under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Police and for a further direction to file a final report within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation of the cases in Cr.Nos.424 and 425 of 2015 pending on the file of the Theni Police Station to any other independent agency or officer under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Police and for further direction to file a final report within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner, who is the mother of the deceased has come forward with this petition.

4.According to the petitioner, it is a case of murder and she is in suspicion against her daughter-in-law and her alleged paramour . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit the body was found in highly decomposed stage and it has been sent to chemical analysis to find out as to whether the body is the son of the petitioner. He further submitted that based upon the same further action has been taken.

6.Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the first respondent viz., The Superintendent of Police to supervise and monitor the investigation as the petitioner is alleging the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
