Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the petitioner and of M/S.E.V.N.SIVA, Advocate for R1 and M/S.C.JEGANATHAN, Advocate for VEERA ASSOCAITES for R2, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9277 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4113 of 2017, dated 23.11.2017, for filing charge sheet. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner submitted that the final report has been sent from the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Chennai to Vigilance Commissioner, Chennai for sanction of prosecution. Hence, they could not able to file charge sheet within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), further time of one month is granted to file the charge sheet from today.
