3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified as the second petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Since the first petitioner being an age old person, the condition imposed on him is is modified as the petitioner are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
