This Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to grant re-employment to the petitioner from 01.02.2020 to till the end of academic year ie. 31.05.2020. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 1/3

3.According to the petitioner, she was joined as B.T.Assistant (History) in Government High School, Marunthalai, Pudukkottai District on 08.10.2007. The date of attaining the age of superannuation is 31.01.2020. But, she is entitled for reemployment till the end of academic year ie. on 31.05.2020. Hence, she gave application for re-employment to the fourth respondent and the same was forwarded by the fourth respondent to the second respondent on 07.11.2019. But, orally informed that there are surplus post in the District and hence, the application of the petitioner will not be considered. Again, the petitioner made a representation, dated 11.01.2020 seeking for re-employment from 01.02.2020 to till the end of the academic year. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date no order has been passed by the second respondent. Hence, she has come up with the present Writ petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2020, the respondents are directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.01.2020 before 30.01.2020.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
