ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.28 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the petitioner has not been sofar implicated as an accused in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.874 of 2020 this petition on merits. It is made clear that if the respondent intends to implicate the petitioner in this case, the respondent will intimate the petitioner about the same and give breathing time to the petitioner to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
