ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ANANDRAJ, Govt.Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.THIAGARAJAN FOR M/s.N.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant an order of extension of one month to deposit the 50% of the award amount to the credit of MCOP.No.1897 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,District and Sessions Court(Communal Clashes Court), Madurai in the above appeal.
