ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's family without having any title, taking advantage of the mistakenly given UDR patta, have created a settlement deed for their family and a civil suit is also pending between the parties. He would further submit that since a civil suit is pending, the respondent police advised the parties to approach the competent civil Court and closed the complaint.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
