ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents to remove the bullock that was buried in front of the temple. 2.In the considered view of this Court, the bullock, which had died in the year 2010, was buried on 12.12.2010. According to the petitioner, some ritual has to be done since the dead bullock has been buried in the temple premises.

W.P.(MD)No.20674 of 2013 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4.The bullock, which was buried 11 years back, may not be available in the place, where it was buried. Therefore, no useful purpose will be served in giving a direction to the respondents to exhume the body, which is not available. However, it is always left open to the temple to carry out the necessary purification rituals. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
