2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2015, the trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
