The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of this writ petition, lot of developments had taken place and ultimately an order has been passed in favour of the Society in the second appeal.

2. In the considered view of this Court, the relief sought for in this writ petition does not survive. If there is a subsequent right accrued in favour of the petitioner Society, it is left open to the petitioner society to work out their remedy in accordance with law.

3. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
