COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.Nos.38 and 39 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.Nos.38 and 39 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued on 21.05.2018.

CRL OP(MD). Nos.919 and 921 of 2021 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Learned Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
5.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
