ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's husband is a convicted prisoner. He is presently in Central Prison, Trichy. He appears to have suffered some fracture in spinal cord. The petitioner wants her husband to be shifted from the prison hospital to Government Medial College Hospital, Trichy for better treatment.
She had given a representation in this regard. I am of the view that the request of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.1548 of 2022 the petitioner cannot be negatived. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to shift the petitioner's husband to Medical College Hospital, Trichy so that he will get appropriate treatment. This shifting shall be done as early as possible.
3.The writ petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
