ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 120(b), 468,471,420 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.46 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Mr.Abudu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the First Information Report filed against the petitioner was quashed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD).NO.13588 of 2015, dated 16.07.2015.
