RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition i.e. the petitioner shall stay at Dharapuram report before the inspector of Police, Dharapuram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 P.M for a period of 4 weeks except the hearing dates before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur and thereafter before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30am., until further orders, imposed in CRL OP(MD) No.15216 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SARAVANAKUMAR.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
