O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to execute non bailable warrant issued by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil in C.C.No.232 of 2014 as against the fifth accused therein within a time period to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of service of summons, the fifth accused has not appeared before the Court and hence non bailable warrant was issued against him by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Nagercoil and the same is pending from November 2014 onwards. He further submitted that the fifth accused is still working as Inspector of Police in Kottar Police Station. 4.Considering the above said submissions, a direction is issued to the respondents to execute the non bailable warrant issued by the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil against the fifth respondent, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
