RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No. 38/2018 dated 11.01.2018 enabling the petitioner to surrender and furnish the sureties before Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.38 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018. 2.This Court, by order dated 11.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.

38 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed him to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that due to his old age ailments, the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 5.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram, within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order and comply with the order dated 11.01.2018, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.38 of 2018. sd/- 13/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
