RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the period of three weeks time imposed by the order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14068 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020 in Crime No.26 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police to deposit the amount a sum of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees Four Lakhs only) and surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.PINAYGASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14068 of 2020, dated 08.12.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
