2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal on 19.04.2015.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
