Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8946 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12180 of 2017, dated 12.10.2017.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition, without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the concerned Magistrate, twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., is fully relaxed.
