ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents herein not to harass the petitioner at the instance of the 4th respondent on the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.958 of 2019 the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
