WP(MD)No.1167 of 2021 Church of South India, Tirunelveli Diocesan Election 2020-21, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the name of the petitioner was included in the voters list and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
