This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.309 of 2015 under 448 and 506(i) of I.P.C., on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the jurisdictional Court on 15.06.2015.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
