ORDER

The present contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.27591 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the TNPSC brought to the notice of the Court that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has passed interim orders directing TNPSC to keep one post vacant.

3. In such circumstances, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to revive the same depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
