SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.557 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 23.01.2018 to 12.02.2018. Thereafter, he did not comply the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4. The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered. According to prosecution, the petitioner herein has not complied the condition as directed by this Court from 12.02.2018, without any reason. More over, the offence under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) I.P.C., has been registered against this petitioner. So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
