(MD).No.824 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.C.

ASAITHAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.824 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018. 2.This Court, by order dated 18.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.824 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed him to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that due to his illness, the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.
