PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in connection with the impugned order in RBI/CMS/N202425023552117/2024-25 dated 19.12.2024 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to reconsider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2024 under Reserve Bank Integrated Ombudsman Scheme 2021.

By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 19.12.2024 and to direct the first respondent to reconsider the representation of the petitioners dated 08.12.2024 under Reserve Bank Integrated Ombudsman Scheme 2021.

3. We do not find any infirmity in the impugned order, which only states that the petitioners herein had made a similar complaint earlier and therefore,

the second complaint on the same cause of action is not maintainable. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
