ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.777 of 2017.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.777 of 2017 of Theppakulam Police Station, Madurai District is almost completed and sought two months time to file final report.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.777 of 2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
