RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.21127 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL KUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21127 of 2021 (i) to appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and (ii) to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that till date, the petitioner has not appeared before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

4. This modification petition was filed on 11.01.2022. Hence, time is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
