Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To modify the order in Crl OP(MD) No.23511/2025 dt.18.12.2025 and release the petitioners and after their release the petitioners are ready to deposit the conditional amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the credit of crime no.244/2025 after one month of their release. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1/4

Heard.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition No. 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 23511 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025 is modified as follows: (b) The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.244 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil at Kanniyakumari District. On such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners shall pay the balance amount of Rs.2,50,000/- in equal monthly instalments as follows:

• Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) on or before 16.02.2026;

• Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) on or before 16.03.2026;

• Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) on or before 16.04.2026.

• Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) on or before 16.05.2026.

• Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) on or before 16.06.2026.

On such deposit, the learned Magistrate shall deposit the same in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any one of the nationalized Banks initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order / Judgment is passed in the case in Crime No. 244 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment. If the petitioners fail to pay the balance amount within the time stipulated by this Court, the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed automatically.

3. The other conditions remain un altered.
