This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar for committing the case to the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and to order for joint trial along with the sessions case in S.C.No.135 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2013 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
