: Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate disobedience to the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.11263 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021.

Prayer in WP(MD). 11263/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-2. To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to Review and Revoke the Suspension of the Petitioner and reinstate the petitioner in the post of Assistant in light of the order passed by the Honble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary-vs-Union of India reported in 2015(3) CTC 119 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.11263 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also endorsed the said submission.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
