Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22045 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22045 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on First and Third Saturday at 05:30 p.m., until further orders.
