Prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2013 and to take steps to demolish the unauthorized construction raised, without any approved building plan, by the fourth respondent in a portion of land out of 7 acres of tenancy land in S.No.1790/3 of Vadakku Valliyoor Village Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District under due process of law. 2/4

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
