along with the impugned show cause notice in Se.Mu.Gna.1/920/2022 dated 26.12.2023 (despatched on 29.12.2023, received on 02.01.2024) and quash the both as illegal.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Warden working the Government Boys Hostel, Madhapattinam, Tenkasi District, challenging his order of transfer to another Hostel at Veerakerlampudur, Tenkasi District.

2. This Court while admitting this writ petition has granted interim orders on 12.01.2024. In view of the said interim order, the order impugned in this writ petition dated 19.12.2023 has been cancelled and the petitioner has been re-transferred at Madhapattinam. The petitioner has also challenging the show cause notice issued to him on 26.12.2023. 2/4

3. On instructions the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the petitioner would submit his explanation and face the enquiry.

4. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. This writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. In case, the fourth respondent has aggrieved over the order dated 18.01.2024, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
