This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct a survey of the lands of the petitioner and fix the boundaries withn the stipulated time. 2.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, they have paid the necessary charges on 19.07.2013 and they have also sent representation on 16.11.2013. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also produced the patta, dated 20.11.2012 in Patta No.767. 3.The second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry as contemplated under Section 10 of Survey and Boundaries Act and thereafter, survey the lands of the petitioner and fix the boundaries. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.08.2022 Index :
