The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.228 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, against the petitioners alone. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
