O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.559 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's daughter died in a suspicious manner within five months from the date of marriage and hence, a complaint was lodged and based on the said complaint, initially, the case was registered for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C @ 306 IPC, but, so far, no final report has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed within a period of two months.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.559 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
