2.The matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. The respondents may consider granting an alternative place in favour of the petitioner. I may not issuing any positive direction. I am leaving it to the consideration of the first respondent.
3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
