This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1) (B) and 482 of Cr.P.C, to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Cr.M.P.No.167 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District, dated 09.01.2018 so far as the imposition of condition that executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two Government sureties from the place of occurrence Palani Taluk each for the like sum to the satisfaction of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal

Original Petition is allowed and the condition stipulated in Cr.M.P.No.167 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District, dated 09.01.2018 in so far as executing a bond is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which one must be Government surety, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of this Court.
