ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 18.02.2021 in W.P.(MD)No.3063 of 2021, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Claiming that the interest for the period between April 2019 and September 2019 has been paid, the learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the total amount and claims for a higher amount.

3. In the order passed in the Writ Petition, the total amount, which is due to be paid, was not computed by me and therefore, it would not be appropriate to go into the disputed facts of the payment made. Since the sums of Rs.49,915/- and 641.25/- are paid, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature.
