O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent has registered a case on 13.06.2017 in Crime No. 22 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, but, so far, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks four months time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2017, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
