ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police, after conducting investigation, has laid a final report before the concerned Court in e-filing No.LTN20220001570C2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
