ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed that the orders of this Court dated 21.04.2022 passed in WP(MD)No.7592 of 2022 has not been complied with. 2.Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Periyakulam dated 28.02.2023 in Na.Ka.No.9117/2022/S1 submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 21.04.2022, the respondents have conducted survey for the land in Survey No. 1417/1 and found that the entire 94 cents of the land vest with the school, the same is fenced and it is in the possession of the school. A copy of the above proceedings has also been communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the Tahsildar in the manner known to law.
